On opening the system, the dentist sees today's appointments, patients already in the waiting room, estimates to approve and the month income, with the day schedule below. It answers where to start. It is for dental practices with one or several professionals.
Chair-by-chair schedule
The schedule is organized by chair: each one with its own timeline for the day, next to the waiting room showing how long each patient has waited and arrival check-in. It helps make the most of chairs and avoid overlapping appointments. It serves clinics with several chairs and front desks that receive patients all day.
Interactive FDI odontogram
The interactive odontogram uses two-digit FDI notation: each surface is marked with its finding and treatment status, and the history of the selected tooth is shown. It replaces the paper drawing and keeps the record ordered and comparable with earlier versions. It is for dentists who keep each patient clinical record.
Quotes and plans by session
The treatment plan is broken down by session, with what has been paid, the outstanding balance and the recorded consent. It makes clear to the patient what each stage costs and what is left to pay, and to the practice what has been collected. It is for clinics that quote multi-session treatments.
Inventory by batch
Stock is controlled by batch, with its expiry date and an alert for what is below the minimum. It helps avoid running out of supplies or using expired material. It serves clinics that handle materials and instruments.
Dentist directory
A public directory where patients find a dentist by specialty, city, name or maximum price and see today's free slots before booking. It helps patients reach the practice and lets the dentist receive online bookings.
Patient directory
The directory lists all patients with their allergy alerts, last visit and next appointment, with filters for today's appointments, upcoming ones or medical alerts. It lets you find a patient instantly and see at a glance who needs special care. It is for front desks and dentists.
Clinic finances
It summarizes the month income, expenses and margin by category, and lets you download the entries as CSV. It is the clinic own ledger, separate from its Kyros subscription. It serves those who want to know what the clinic earns each month.
