The entry point to Kyros Vet, where each visitor finds what they need (pet owners, producers or veterinary clinics) and can look for a clinic without creating an account. It makes it easier for people to reach the right clinic.
Veterinary clinic directory
A directory of verified veterinary clinics, with their services, the species they treat and whether they offer 24-hour emergencies. It helps owners choose a clinic based on what their pet needs.
What to handle today
On login, the clinic sees what needs attention: vaccination card expiries, batches about to expire, low stock, open charges and hospitalized patients. It prevents missing a booster or an expired batch. It is for veterinary clinics with daily operations.
Clinic schedule
The schedule gathers upcoming appointments with their time, room and status, and warns when a patient has no current access: the clinic does not see their data unless the owner accepted the request. It organizes daily work and respects the owner privacy.
Patient record
Each pet record shows its vaccination and deworming card, with the batch used and the clinic verification, and shortcuts to hospitalization, grooming, laboratory, checkout or certificates. It leaves a clear history that the owner can also consult.
Checkout and payments
Checkout records charges for consultations, vaccines or grooming, with their payment status, and works with the clinic own bank QR; amounts are in bolivianos. It avoids losing payments and leaves the day balanced. It serves whoever handles the clinic checkout.
Pet owner portal
Owners have their own portal, where they see their pet card, its next check-up and the clinics that have access to its data, and can share the record with another clinic. It is for owners who want to keep their pet health in order.
Hospitalization and treatment sheet
Shows who is hospitalized right now, with their kennel and reason, and the treatment sheet with the day scheduled instructions, ticked off as they are given. It prevents a missed dose or check and keeps a record of each administration. It is for clinics that hospitalize patients.
Patient clinical files
Stores each patient X-rays, ultrasounds, videos and lab results, privately and opened only through a temporary link. The clinic decides which files to share with the owner and which stay clinic-only. It serves clinics that want studies kept next to the record.
